At Country Canine Care, calm doesn’t mean sedentary. Our Comox Valley dog daycare supports emotional balance, confidence, and structured social play in a safe, self-regulated environment. Dogs run, explore, socialize, and rest when they choose, all within predictable routines that help them feel relaxed and secure.
For dogs who enjoy extra enrichment, we offer optional add-ons like fetch sessions, mini training, and brain games to customize their daycare experience.
We thoughtfully match dogs by energy level, temperament, and personality to create balanced, stress-free groups. Our focus is calm, respectful play, not overstimulation or chaos. With large outdoor fields and indoor space for wet weather days, dogs enjoy freedom to move while staying supported and supervised.
Our fully fenced outdoor areas provide safe off-leash exploration with shade and natural surroundings. Daily enrichment add-on options include snuffle mats, lick mats and curated 1:1 sessions for extra mental stimulation.
Our dedicated Sensory Space is the first and only one if it's kind in the Comox Valley. This space encourages curiosity and confidence through textures, scents and gentle stimulation. Designed for calm exploration, this space supports self-regulation, relaxation and emotional wellbeing and is included in every dog’s day. *1:1 sessions can be booked for more brain game and guided enrichment.
