Daycare Info and Prices

Example of a day at Country Canine Care: (times can vary)
7:30: Daycare opens
7:30-10am: Drop off dogs arrive. During this time it is a mix of indoor and outdoor time as needed
9:45-10am: The Waggin Wagon Canine Cab arrives and unloads
10am: Drop off dogs are unloaded from the building
10am-1:30/1:45pm: Dogs enjoy outdoor playtime in our main fields. In cold wet months, we may come up sooner to rinse dogs off, dry off and warm up by the fire. In the warm summer months, we may come up early to enjoy indoor time with the AC
1:45-2pm: The Waggin Wagon Canine Cab loads up and departs for drop off
2-2:30pm: Half day dogs are picked up
2-4pm: Indoor quiet/enrichment time. Dogs go inside and are crated for a short time with a busy toy filled with treats before being let out for free roaming quiet time. We believe time in crates gives every dog a well deserve moment to themsleves.
4-5:30: Indoor/outdoor play time
5:30: Daycare closes

Half Day Daycare
4-5 hours

Drop off 9:30-10am
Pick up 2:00-2:30pm
$30.00/day for 1 dog
$45.00/day for 2 dogs
$60.00/day for 3 dogs

Trial Day Cost:
4-5hrs $35.00 per dog

Full Day Daycare
5-10 hours

                          Drop off 7:30-10:00am
                            Pick up 2:00-5:30pm
                                 $40.00/day for 1 dog
                              $60.00/day for 2 dogs
                              $75.00/day for 3 dogs

Trial Day Cost:
5+ hrs $45.00 per dog

Waggin Wagon Canine Cab Pick up/Drop off


                   $40.00/day for 1 dog
     $55.00/day for 2 small dogs (shared crate)
       $65.00/day for 2 dogs (seperate crates)
              $25.00/day for additional dogs


Pick up and drop off services within the Comox Valley *boundary cut offs apply*
First pick up starts at approximately 8am and arrives at daycare by 10am, departs at 2pm and last drop off is around 4pm.
Our Waggin Wagon Canine Cab is fully equipped with 19 metal crates that are secured in place. Did you know our daycare is the only daycare in the Valley that provides fully crated transportation? Crating the dogs means there is an extra level of saftey applied while visually unsupervised.
